请大牛看一下这个股票的cleansing notice什么意思？

股票代码ARV，跌了一个月，被套牢大几千。。昨天发公告又发新股了。。
这个cleansing notice看不太懂，是说Artemis resources limited(ARV)没有通知Elysian resources和 hard rock就发新股了？怎么理解。。还有我发现矿股很喜欢动不动就发新股，涨的时候发，跌的时候也发，为什么asx显示发新股appendix 3b不是price sensitive的？股权不是被稀释了吗？恳请大牛解答！

Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001
Artemis Resources Limited gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 25,000,000 shares issued as set out in the Company’s Announcement and Appendix 3B dated 11 December 2017.
The Company issued 25,000,000 Shares without disclosure to the vendors of Elysian Resources Pty Ltd and Hard Rock Pty Ltd as detailed in the ASX announcements of 10 November 2017 and 11 December 2017, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:
(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.
As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.

有没有关注Pilbara金矿概念股的朋友？主要的几只股票最近拼命发利好，但都无济于事，在考虑要不要先割肉观望一段时间。。

Cleansing notice跟你没啥关系。新发股票没有prospectus，所以要cleansing notice新股的股东才能转卖。股权是被稀释了，不过合法啊。

Novo报告出来后，人们发现狗头金大大高估，一直往下走。

这句话

怎么理解？这公司没通知后两者就发新股了？这里的vendor是指卖什么的？问题比较多，多谢大虾。。。

我一直没搞懂那个NOVO报告说钻头直径太大然后uncomfortable是什么意思。。。大侠怎么看接下来的走势

估计是公司买了er和hr的股票，拿新股而不是现金支付吧。看看之前的通告应该就清楚了。

有没有可能这整个Pilbara淘金热就是一场骗局 。。之前明明铁矿了怎么会一直没发现。。
