gains from owning and using a product and the
costs of obtaining the product
应该是产品的价值。 顾客使用或拥有产(商)品所带来的价值与获得改产(商)品所付出之花费之差。
貌似以前政治经济学里讲的, 商品价格与价值的区别。 价值决定价格, 但价格不能体现价值。
问题2。 主题 Retention and Customer Profitability
• One of the biggest issues for any marketing firm is the
extent to which customers who experience trust and
commitment - or who are otherwise satisfied and therefore
retained - yield greater profits to the marketing
organisations involved.
讲的应该是顾客的忠诚的度。对市场推广的企业来说, 顾客的信任和忠诚度是头等大事, 或者说顾客满意了故而被留下, 对销售机构会产生更大利润。
问题 3 Needs, Wants and Demands
• Needs:
– States of felt deprivation.
• Wants:
– The form taken by human needs as they are shaped by culture and
individual personality.
• Demands:
– Human wants that are backed by buying power.( Needs 就是需要咯?生活必须的, WANTS是可要可不要的,不一定是生活必需品
那 DEMANDS就是需求咯,请问DEMAND 是不是包含 needs 和 wants ?我看NOTES
把这3点分开写,是不是3者有不同含义,还是什么的
Needs 需要
Wants 也是需要, 但是由文化背景和个人特性决定的。
Demands, 是购买力决定的需求。
