周四面试。请足迹各位大神指点

找工作的日子天天在家，养成研究完简历投递后泡足迹的习惯。也知道足迹给出很多中肯的意见，所以我post上来了。

周四有一个会计的面试，应聘一个bookkeeper的职位，他们对求职者的要求我都符合，但是他的job description有几点是我之前工作中没有做过的。我现在自己的策略就是网上找找，看看书这些具体是做什么，面试他问我的话就坦白没有接触过，但是相信自己会pick up very easily。足迹大神有什么建议？

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Management of debtors ledger

Prepare month end general ledger reconciliations

Process depreciation of Fixed Assets

Prepare monthly financial report and cash flow projections

我之前的工作具体都是AP, AR，以上的这些都没接触过，有大神能大概讲一下这些事具体要做什么的吗？无言感谢，只能用分报答

不懂会计，不能给具体建议，但依据我的经验，面试的时候最好不要说没做过但能很快pick up之类的话，面试官一定只会认为你没有这方面经验。

尽量把JD里面的内容准备充分，就算没做过也查查资料尽量让自己像做过一样，哪怕被问住了就说这一块的内容我参与的不多。个人感觉这边的面试对behavioural question比对技术问题还要更重视。

behavioural的问题在网上搜和足迹上看准备了一些，希望用得上，谢谢你的建议！

其实说自己有这方面的了解，或者和同事交流中经常会涉及到。
会比较好一些。

             AR Subledger Recon;
              Debtor Ageing Invoices, credit note, follow up with overdue invoices, Dunning;
Prepare month end general ledger reconciliations
                GL recon, like bank recon, Subledger recon, Prepayment, Sundry Debtors, Fixed Asset Recon, Provision, Accrual,
                GST recon etc..
Process depreciation of Fixed Assets
               Run FA Depreciation schedule and Reconciliation；
Prepare monthly financial report and cash flow projections
               Financial Statements and analysis,
               Cash Flow Forecast (AR, AP, non-trading expenditure）
