在线入籍申请，孩子已经是公民了，为什么还需要提供1195表呢？

我自己申请入籍，但申请表中有几项要求填写孩子的信息，填写完成最后生成一些支持文件需要上传，

两个孩子都需要1195表格，还有护照照片，

首先，你本人（主申請者）是網上申請，你自己需要完成一份單獨的1195，而其他所有（副申請人）包含在你這份申請中的人。均需要填1195（每人一份）。

你的問題是2個子女均在你是PR下在澳出生，你的理解是一個己有澳籍而另一個只有出生証。正確答案是，2個子女都是自動獲得澳籍，不需另外申請入藉。所以，你的申請書，只填自己就好，她們不在你的申請表中。她們申請的是公民紙（citizenship certificate)那是你申請公民成功，唱完國歌後領到的證明文件。不要將這2樣混為一談，己持有澳籍不用再申請入籍了啦。所以review一下你自己填的東西，除了一開始申報自己婚姻家庭人數外，別的section 都不用填兒女資料的。由期把applicant included in this applicaion (independent child)這個section 移除掉。
