有没有在medical laboratory，research institute工作的TZ？我到了墨尔本月40余天，从1月10日开始投，也投了几十份，出了两封拒信外，没接到电话没有面试通知。今天将简历重新修改了一下，大家帮忙看看。简历所列的技能都很熟练，专业上没有任何问题，看到seek上有些工作非常适合我，但申请了就是没有消息。有个网友告诉我，原来她宿舍有一个也是搞实验室的，口语很不好，连电话都不敢接，但很快就找到工作了。
我现在还没有找到，可能：第一与closing day 还没到有关，另外就是可能是自己不合适吧。前几天去Monash medical research center和Gribbles pathology投了简历，不知结果如何。
没工作的感觉真是不好受，目前在一个包装厂打casual job，收入很少，完全不能cover 生活费。愿意去打任何工，可就是labour呀，清洁呀什么的都不好找，要求工作经验的。大家能不能帮我想一下主意？或者介绍力所能及的工作，本人吃苦耐劳诚实可靠。

Project Background:This project is set up to explore genetic diversity and molecular epidemic characteristics of HIV-1 vpr gene among Chinese HIV-1 infected population. The viral protein R (Vpr) of humam immunodeficiency virus type-1(HIV-1) is a small basic protein (14 kDa) of 96 amino acids, and is well conserved in HIV-1, HIV-2 and SIV. The role of Vpr in the pathogenesis of AIDS is undeniable, but its genetic diversity and real functions during the natural course of infection are still subject to debate.
Responsibilities:
·Extracting viral RNA from plasma samples of HIV-1 infected patients
·Reversely transcribing RNA into DNA by RT-PCR and amplifying DNA by nested PCR
·Purifying and sequencing amplified DNA fragments
·Aligning DNA sequences with known vpr representative sequence available in the Las Alamos database
·Using DNAsp software to analyze the polymorphism of nucleotides of vpr gene
·Collecting related clinical and scientific data

用了老公的帐号上网，呵呵。 我是在悉尼的， 我的方向是微生物。 但我没在研究所和学校做过， 所以对这一块不太熟悉。 简历最好就一两页。 你可以把你的东西浓缩一下。简历没有模板， 你每次投的简历 都不同， 都要针对当时所投的方向， 就是那些招聘的要求一条一条来写，所以我才说你写的太泛。他不要求的，你可以简单 带过，甚至不写 。 太空是，你写的都是生物上面很general的东西， 你要写写你很special的东西， 这个也是要针对 雇主的招聘要求来写，也就是你的highlight， 你的经验比我丰富多了， 但不是每条都要写在上面的。 还有，重点们mention你的英语能力，也就是communication skills，writing, speaking, reading, 用点具体事例，4， 6级就不要了，估计老外不懂。 这个东西太细了，这里无法一下子讲清楚， 暂时只能说到这。 祝你早日找到好工作！
