刚拿到PR是否可以为父母办理143？

办理143之前咨询了很多朋友中介，他们都说，只要在澳洲待够两年，即使之前是学生签，拿到pr以后就可以为父母办理143。但是今天有朋友告诉我，必须是拿到PR以后在澳洲居住够两年才行。于是我又查了一下官网和47PA表

1. 47PA表中说：
at the time your application is lodged your child must be
settled in Australia (in most cases, resident for at least 2 years)
and must sponsor you;
2.官网对settled的定义：
A person is considered settled if they are an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen who is lawfully resident in Australia for a reasonable period. In normal circumstances, two years is considered to be a reasonable period. Sponsors who have been absent from Australia for extended periods prior to lodging their sponsorship may be required to provide documentary evidence to determine whether the settled requirement is met.
求问一下大家怎么理解的。还有对于提交到审理这中间的三年有没有settle多久的要求？

不要听人说 看移民局官网最靠谱
在递交之前必须是要在澳洲生活两年以上 这两年学生签是没问题的
我觉得唯一不满足这个规定的人就是拿了PR才来澳洲的 之前完全没来过澳洲 那这个settled定义就不符合
然后移民局对等待期三年没什么特殊要求 但AOS要求sponsor有两年的收入证明 其实也是隐性的要求在等待期也得是settled了
我的理解是这样 等待其他大神解答吧

Yes you can. I did after 3 months I got my PR

我和楼上一样，还短点，PR拿到后两个月后递交的143。尽量出示一些你在澳洲的资产，工作证明房车产。

拿到PR6个月后给我父母申请的。之前在澳洲呆了4年读书。中介都说我申请晚了，一拿到就能申请了。
