之前被红灯摄像头闪了一脸， 等了快3个月罚单还没到. 遂,写信给交罚款的地方, 附上车牌号和驾照，让他们查下有没记录. 结果得到以下回复:

我猜可能是照片证据不足以开罚单了.
上网搜索了一下, 可能发生的情况有: 1.车子后轮没过线. 2.车牌被其他车挡住了. 3. 审查人员工作时打瞌睡miss掉
