Please follow the steps below:
A. Reset your printer's WiFi Settings
1. Power off your printer
2. Press and hold the "i" button while you turn it back on (Press and hold them together and then let go)
3. The WiFi light will be blinking green and orange and then will go off.
B. Please try connecting the printer using WPS method if your router supports it.
1. Locate the WPS button on your wireless router. It may be labeled 'WPS' or have a logo with two curved arrows on it.
Note: Please open the attached image for the WPS Button Locator
2. Press the WPS button for 5 or so seconds until the WiFi light starts blinking.
3. Press the WiFi button on your printer for 5 seconds until the WiFi light is blinking.
4. Wait until the WiFi light on the printer stops blinking and stays on.
Note:
** When the wifi light stays on (solid green), that means the printer is already connected using wireless.
** You can print the network status sheet by quickly pressing the "i" button on the printer to verify the network information of it.
