SHARES in energy explorer Innamincka Petroleum have gone into a trading halt, the company saying it is in negotiations to farm out some of its interests.
Inamincka said that the negotiations were incomplete with terms not agreed.
The explorer responded to a "speeding ticket'' from the Australian Securities Exchange, after its share price jumped 67 per cent, from 17.5 cents on Monday to an intraday high of 26 cents on Tuesday.
"INP is currently in confidential negotiations for the farmout of various of its interests,'' Innamincka said in its response.
"These negotiations are ongoing and incomplete and the terms of the farmout have not yet been agreed.''
Innamincka said it would be premature to make an announcement yet, but the response was accompanied by a request for a trading halt pending a release.
INP shares will remain in a trading halt until January 9 or when the announcement is released to the market.
Innamincka has projects in Queensland and South Australia exclusively within the Cooper/Eromanga Basin.
INP shares closed yesterday at 24.5 cents.
估计这段时间收购与被收购的消息应该多点,公司的股价也就上上了,还有那些小公司可能被收购?挖些金矿? |
