489厨师（cook351411）移民已申请，心里没底，请大家帮忙分析，谢谢！

本人35岁，大本无学位，在国内做厨师13年，雅思4个6，已通过TRA职业评估。
于2016年12月1日提交维州、塔州和北领地州担保申请，并提交EOI。
至今没有任何消息，心里没底啊，还请各位前辈帮忙分析一下，谢谢。

489边远地区州担保？不会很慢的, 材料齐全8-12周就邀请了。最主要的是你的职业满足州政府的SOL

在州担保阶段，州政府一般不会详细调查材料的真实性，这部分是递交签证后，移民局做的，你以后申请后会接到移民局电话的。

慢慢等吧，近1年时间是要的

Job Offer

Formal job offer or letter of interest for a job that is based in Tasmania (for a minimum of 35 hours per week).   
Evidence of the job offer needs to be attached to the application (this could be a contract or formal letter providing an offer of employment).      
You can meet this requirement if you work 35 hours per week in one full-time job or in two or more part-time jobs. You can include any paid employment or self-employment, and you will need to be able to provide evidence of your employment claims.  
Nominated occupation on the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL).  
Genuine intention to live and work in Tasmania including evidence of sufficient funds to cover relocation and resettlement costs.

your skilled occupation is listed on the NT Migration Occupation List, or
you have a skilled occupation that is on the DIBP CSOL but not on the NT Migration Occupation List where you are able to provide strong evidence of positive employment prospects in the NT either in your skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation, or
you have successfully completed your enrolled course - the eligible study period must be full time and no less than two years at a college or university campus in the NT, or
you have a skilled occupation on the CSOL and you can demonstrate strong, well established family connections in the NT, or

BTW，新州cook 489都比这三个州条件好，有四个新州偏远地区担保489 cook，但是新州木有四个七很难

太感谢了，我有个事儿不太明白，这个州担保申请，我可以申请几个州呢？我现在已经有维州、塔洲、北领地了，还能再加上您说的这5个地区吗？

只要你符合要求你可以递交任何州的申请

BTW 哥们我说一句，你之前递交的三个州的EOI连最基本的信息你都没有搞清楚就递交了，别自己折腾了，这毕竟是个移民签证

我不是自己提交的，是找中介做的，但是中介说话我老觉得含含糊糊，我也问了offer的事儿，他们说都弄好了让我放心，但是也没提offer单独收费的事儿，弄得我心里挺没底的。
还有个问题请教您一下，以前我理解的州担保只是向某个州提交担保申请，但是我看NSW您就帮我列出了五个区域，是说要向这五个区域要分别提交州担保申请吗？还是我提交一个NSW的州担保就可以了？
