About You

Key Responsibilities
Provide remote support to our sales teams
Answer phone support queries within SLA's
Work on tickets based on a priority
Provide prompt responses to tickets (within SLA's)
Escalate any issue when required

Skills and Experience
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with networking, printers, Office suite, Windows 7 and above necessary
Desktop support experience highly valued
