到底psi好还是不好呀?怎么ato这么随意就让我不是psi了？

我觉得意思是，你的收入虽然是psi，但不受psi rules的限制，好事

可能关键是这个选择：

an agreed price paid for completing each job, item or activity.

通常如果是接活的形式，一个活多少钱，就不受psi rules的约束；如果是按工作时间算钱，比如一天或一小时多少钱，就受psi rules约束
