1.proof of identity which satisfies the RTA's requirements

2.a completed Licence Application form (RTA 1001) available from motor registries or the RTA website, or a licence renewal letter

3.if doing a motor cycle test DKT, a Pre-learner Certificate of Competency which is less than 3 months old

4.the prescribed fee for the licence, for when you pass the test

5.if required, your spectacles to pass the eyesight test (if you fail the eyesight test your booking will be rescheduled)

6. Medical Certificate (if required).
