Job Description – Store Person
A & S Powerseller currently have a vacancy for areliable, capable and positive Store Person to perform a variety of warehousingand general duties at our camper trailer manufacturing and warehouse facilityin Springvale, Victoria.
Daily duties will include loading and unloading, handlingpurchase orders and  inventory,allocating materials and tools for assembly workers, data entry, designatedadmin work, general factory hand duties, cleaning, and other general warehouseactivities as required; basically all things necessary for the smooth runningof a busy factory.
A current forklift licence is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be motivated, disciplined andsafety focused. There will be some manual work and lifting involved thereforeyou will need to be physically fit.
The role is 5 days per week, Mon to Fri. This is anexcellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing company in a busyand varied role within a friendly team environment.
Responsibilities
·        Preparation of parts and put in place ready forproduction team
·        Receive/Unload goods and check goods againstreceiving forms
·        Assist with container unloading
·        Place and organise goods into the right storageareas
·        Catalogue or label items with storage details
·        Stock taking of inventory, maintain stock leveland re-ordering
·        Despatch for couriers
·        Pickups by customers (including assist intrailer handover)
·        Pick parts for internal team and externalliaisons
·        Assist with setting up trailers for assemblyteam
·        Maintain an accurate stock record
·        Assist with general site maintenance - clean,neat and tidy

·        Follow Manager instructions and any other
Requirements
·        Drivers License
·        Forklift License
·        Strong work ethic and honesty
·        Ability to work unsupervised or as part of ateam
·        Ability to work under pressure
·        Minimum 1 year experience working in awarehouse/factory/distribution environment
·        Strong OH&S Focus to ensure all activitiesare performed in safe manner

·        High attention to detail and have the ability torecognise product quality deviations/faults
·        Analysis and problem solving skills
·        Basic computer skills

The Salary
Award base salary rates with a review after an initial 6months trial period with full time offer consideration. Previous experiencethat can be put to use with proven results will be highly regarded and can haveoffer better than award base salary rate.
