Hi

I'm looking for a job. My major is Accounting and I have 4 years working experience in Goodyear Tire Company as Senior Accountant.

My English is good.    Resume already ready.  

My date landing on Melbourne is Oct, 28. And working availibility date is Nov, 3.

Lz, i think you need to polish your english a bit more before sending out your cv. from the above sentences i can see a lot of problems.

1. accounting is a major, accountant is not.
2. you have been working as a senior accountant or you have experiences worked for a senior accountant.

i guessimate your english is good but you just don't care about how to say it in a casual situations (as long as people can understand), but if you have a habit of speaking non-logical english, it will do harm to your job hunting. do not mention ielts, it has nothing to do with your english ability, and you are not applying a degree.
