买的Claudia Cable Knit，选的去店里取，钱扣了，confirmation收到了。结果等了两天等来封邮件

Quality control, All products are put through strict Quality Assurance to ensure that they are fit for purpose and will meet your expectations. The final opportunity for this is during the packing stage at the warehouse, if it does not meet these requirements it is removed from the order as we do not wish to provide sub-standard items to you.
Overwhelming demand, given we operate 24/7 as well as international, we find items selling incredibly fast and potentially at the same time, we always try to ensure we forecast for this as to avoid disappointment however on occasions it is unavoidable.
