请问每一年未用的Personal Leave可以累计到next year吗?可以给我相关法规的link吗?

No, not annual leave.  Personal Leave also called Sick Leave.

sick leave 偶们7天

不能carry over to the next year

annual leave 可以累计

Personal leave include sickie and carer's leave. Sickie is normally 10 days and carer's leave normally 2 days unpaid.

Don't think personal leave can't be accrued and carried over to next year. But different companies may have different policies.

原来不行,最多累计3年的sick leave, 现在的personal leave可以累计到下年度, 没有上限。

Thanks for your guys. I found some legislation documents and found the sick leave even can be cashed out under certain conditions. I will negotiate with my boss about this. If anybody needs the document, I will post the link here.

A permanent employee is entitled to the number of personal leave days per annum according to the relevant previsions in the Award. It depends on which AWARD you are using. Different Awards have different hours for personal leave. For instance, health industry and retail or hospitality industry have different hours for personal leave per annum. Also you have to know if your company has an EBA or not and how many years you are employed etc. As I know, personal leave can accumulate and rollover to the next anniversary year in most Awards in Victoria.

要看你的工资是根据哪个awards,或者你开始工作的时候跟老板的合同是怎样的。不是查到法规就一定能套用到你的情况上的。
