家里热水器刚刚坏了！

借贵贴像这位师傅咨询下，刚刚换了林内热水器315l 水工一共收了1500。当时没有说是不是太大水压会过高。现在每当楼下一开热水，就当当响。i估计水管太细了。

当时水管工也没有说这个问题。请问师傅咋看呢

借宝地问一下，听说现在澳洲规定新装的热水器水温不能超过40摄氏度，有这个说法吗？

不是的。热水器本身水温要超过65.出水要装个混水阀,把温度降到50

我家Rheem储水式热水器不出热水，或有时候出很细很细的水，要维修，谁有师傅电话推荐一个？

My 12 years old Dux hot water tank started leaking yesterday from the two raised parts (see the image).
and no more hot water available. keep leaking cold water. so I have switched off the water.

whether can it be fixed?
or must replace it with a new one?

以前换过，热水器1000出头吧，安装350。旧的就放门口了，一会儿就被人捡走了。

换个新的吧. 我刚换了, 也是因为箱体漏水. 这东西寿命12-15年, 你的够本了.  而且也没法补漏.

Thanks all replies.
I just checked the tank and found the sealing rubber ring behind the upper heating element was broken.
and made water leaking.  The water is still hot. So I have booked a services to fix it. Water color is good and I feel the tank body is still good too. the anode rod will be replaced too if necessary.

The leaking water of the lower part is from the upper part. there is a small pipe between the two elements.

sorry, no Chinese input.

用了12年的热水器, 修补不值. 不如换新的, 至少10年不用再操心.

After uninstalled the heater element with a new tool ($1.65), I found the leaking was caused by the aged bubber ring behind the element as shown in the picture. Meanwhile, from the hole, I found the anode rod is still good.
Bought a rubber ring ($1.75) , clean the surface, and replace the old one, and put the heater element back the tank. I think the tank has been fixed. will test it tonight.

Caution: when use tool to install or uninstall the element, not damage the electric wires.
total cost: $3.40.
