The role
As a member of our engineering team you'll take an active role in the development of new features to our ever expanding Ruby on Rails powered platform.
Some of the things you’ll be working on include;
- Helping us build on the set of tools we give businesses to promote and attract new work.
- Helping us expand our platform across diverse new service categories.
- Helping us improve our user’s experience (our competitive advantage!).
Our technology stack
- Ruby on Rails
- MySQL, Redis and ElasticSearch Amazon Web Services
You should be
- Be familiar with HTML, CSS and tweaking pixels to perfection.
- Be familiar with basic JavaScript and jQuery.
- Be familiar with server side programming languages such as PHP, .NET or Ruby.
The perfect candidate would have
- experience with the bootstrap framework.
- experience with relational database such as MySQL.
- a basic understanding of Restful and MVC principles.
- experience with source code management tools such as GIT.
- the ability to adapt and learn on the go.
