Yes, but you probably need to study Australian taxation & company tax law beforehand.
However, there are few issues here.
1. CAPSTONE must study face to face in AUS, NZ, Malaysia or Singapore
2. I think CA Exams are held in one of these countries but not overseas. You better need to check with the institute.
3. Your mentor MUST be GAA members (e.g. CA, HKICPA etc)
4. Your job MUST be approved employment
The hardest requirement is no.3
