我可以担保丈人丈母娘的143吗

我已经说过了。他们搞混了。
143是xxx parent immi visa, not parent in law visa.
你能做出你和你公婆的公证件吗?

我没有搞错。可以肯定至少在我们家递交的申请中，sponsor都不是自己子女。在我父母143准签信中，也清清楚楚列出了sponsor是我老公。当然公证什么的都是我和我爸妈的亲属公证；他和他爸妈的亲属公证。

申请担保人sponsor 必须是子女，经济担保人Assurance of Support可以是任何人

我家所有的申请表都是我填的，这点不会搞错。

应该可以的。booklet3的18页写的很清楚。简介的网页写的比较模糊。

Who can sponsor me?
Generally, you must be sponsored by your child or step-child, or that child or step-child’s
cohabiting partner. A sponsor must be:
• aged 18 years or over; and
• a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand
citizen.

If your child is under 18 years of age
If your child or step-child has not turned 18 years, another person may act as sponsor as
long as they have turned 18 years of age and are a settled Australian citizen, permanent
resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. These may be:
• the cohabiting partner of your child or step-child; or
• a person who is a relative or guardian of your child or step-child; or
• a person who is a relative or guardian of the cohabiting partner; or
• a community organisation.

通常是由子女或者与子女共同生活的parter担保的。
如果子女不满18岁,则他(她)的cohabiting partner或者亲戚或者监护人或者partner的亲戚或者监护人等等等等都可担保。

我又看了下booklet，booklet第9页的basic requirements里：
第二条：have a child who is settled Aus citizen，PR or eligible NZ in Australia；
第三条：are sponsored by that child or that child's partner；

所以应该如果这个child没有住满两年还是不满足第二条的吧。

我同意楼上。

你可以担保（移民申请的担保和AOS担保你都可以）。但是你太太没有在澳洲住满两年，就还暂时不能申请。
