以前使用28度卡好几年了，但国外提现已经要收3%的费用，最近看足迹，听大家说花旗银行的PLUS VISA DEBIT卡，不明不白的就申请了花旗银行的PLUS VISA DEBIT卡，刚批准。

花旗银行的PLUS VISA DEBIT卡到底如何运作？有什么便利？

墨尔本的花旗银行，如何存个人支票啊？非要去唐人街的花旗银行吗？

I been using it for a while. good things of it
- no fees charges when transfer money overseas, normal bank charges for $25-$35 each transfer.
- no fees charges to use all ATMs no matter in Australia or Overseas
- no fees charges to keep the account
- I withdrawed money both from Bank of China, HSBC and Citibank's ATMs in HK, the currency rate that Citibank is better than the other bank's rate.
- when in HK airport can choose to withdraw CNY or HK$, that's great.

I think you can lodge the cheque/cash to your citibank plus account via australia post office. but, you better to check with Citibank's help desk before doing so.

存钱取钱存支票都可以通过邮局柜台办理，很方便
