以下是接受范围：（简直就是无条件了）
• Faulty: the Opal Card is Faulty;
• Damaged: the Opal Card is Damaged;
• Unwanted: you no longer want to use the Opal Card;
• Terms of Use: you are permitted to do so by the Opal Terms of Use; or
• Expired: (for registered Opal Cards only) the Opal Card has expired.

我记得opal卡一段时间不用就会自动退钱的，如果是买的不记名卡，钱退给谁？
