We are looking for a Training Co-ordinator to assist with the roll-out of SAP for one of our manufacturing clients. Some of the tasks that we require this person to do will be:
• Put the training schedule together
• Send calendar invitations
• Book training rooms
• Creating a spreadsheet to capture attendance
• Assist the SAP SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) with training documentation and business processes (collating and formatting into the training manual template)
• General L&D Administrative duties

This would ideally suit someone with SAP experience who has assisted with training on a SAP project or perhaps someone with a teaching background who has put curricula together.

The time frame we are looking at is asap until the end of February.
