Our company is a specialized financial service recently set up in Melbourne. Our company is a successful dynamic financial group in China and now expanding their business in Australia. We are seeking a suitable and ambitious legal consultant to work in our CBD office.
The main duties of this role are:
1. Be able to provide legal advice to our business on various matters, including but not limited to:
• Preparing legal documents and check contract details to ensure the business operating smoothly
• Assisting the business to carry out duties in a legal matter
• Researching about the different legal rules that the business must follow and inform the manager about any legal changes in a timely manner
• Handle legal issues upon request or in any legal disputes
2. The successful candidate must have sound communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Should have excellent writing skills and be able to explain legal clauses in clearly and precisely.
4. A good team player and skilled in analyzing the contract details thoroughly
5. Law degree and certificate, native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker.
