配偶签证表格里的一个问题

47 SP表格里第56个问题，Are you related to your fiance or partner by blood, marriage or adoption?
我的老婆已经结婚并领证了，是不是该选YES？

据我的理解，这个问题是说，
你跟你老婆是不是有血缘关系，
或是你们俩的父母之间结婚，使得你们成了法律上的亲属，
再或者是你俩其中一个是被对方父母收养的，使得你俩在法律定义上是亲属。

要选No

这里写的marriage是指你和配偶是否在结婚前就存在某种程度的继亲姻亲关系

查到爱尔兰婚姻规定里说到，not be related by marriage to a degree才能合法结婚

澳洲To be legally married的条件里没有对by marriage的约束，但如果是继亲姻亲，就是一种two parties related to each other，就会要写清楚是怎么回事了吧
