We have several opportunities for talented and driven Business Analysts to join our Pacific Zone Finance Team. The key objective will be to deliver exceptional support to the business leadership team to help drive growth and profit improvement, whilst ensuring operational excellence delivers strong business analysis through business modeling, strategic planning, process design and systems analysis.
Responsibilities include
Provide detailed analysis of results and meaningful insights and recommendations
Lead the planning and forecasting process and help model new growth opportunities
Analyse business and market trends and opportunities
Identify risks and opportunities for the business and make recommendations to management
Provide business and market modeling to support the development of business initiatives
Assist in the planning and execution of the strategic business plan
Help design process and system improvement
Develop strong trusted relationships with the business to influence business decisions and outcomes
Qualifications
We are looking for the following personal attributes, qualifications and experience
Graduate degree in finance/accounting plus professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA).
Strategic thinking and planning
Knowledge of performance measurement
Mastery of systems, analytical tools and data management
Polished communication
Strong reporting and presentation skills
Able to critically evaluate proposals and opportunities
Be curious, ask why and keep the big picture in mind
Leading agent of change |
