如题。
问了几个朋友,都有不同的看法。

congratulations!!! at least there is an offer.
your question is "什么时候才是SALARY NEGOTIATE 的好时机 ". before you go to an employer interview (let's suppose you will be interviewed by agent first), the agent will ask you about your salary expectations. then the agent will look for positions that fall in your expectation range. when they find positions for you they will let you know the likely salary range, if you are not satisfied with the range, you dont go to the interview at all. so, there is no chance to negociate your salary in this stage.
If you have two interviews with the employer, you probably wont and you'd better not to ask about the salary in your first interview and even the second. And without knowing if they will have you in the position, how can you negociate your salary?
When agents call you for an oral offer, and the salary offered is a bit below your expectation, that's the time to negociate. Not all negociations will success.
To ask others if you should accept the current offer or go to another interview is pointless. You should ask yourself more. would you like to wait longer time or start to work now. we always say the next would be the best. but without a start, how can you know which is bad, which is good. your experience will be the most important thing not the system you are going to use. |
