Summary Performance Degradation to Chinese Destinations

Details Due to a damaged submarine cable, customers may experience performance degradation with traffic to Chinese destinations. Engineers have provided a tentative ETA for 04/04/2014 for restorative works on the cable. Further information will be provided in the next scheduled update before the 04/04/2014 17:00 ACDT.
UPDATE: 04/04/2014 15:42 ACDT:
We are awaiting further updates from the engineers that are investigating this issue. More information will be provided before 07/04/2014 10:00 ACST.
UPDATE: 07/04/2014 08:17 ACST:
Our international network partner has advised that further repairs are required for the submarine cable. A new ETR has been provided for the 14/04/2014 subject to weather conditions. Further information will be provided in the next scheduled update before the 15/04/2014 12:00 ACST.
