MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION
• Deliveries
o Picking and preparing items for dispatch
o Sending tracking and cost information to sales staff
• Stock report
o Maintaining daily and weekly reports and sending to rest of the team
o Ensuring accuracy of stock quantities and location
• Stock organisation
o Ensuring products are well-organised and easy to find
o Managing staff to unload containers and incorporating new stock into existing stock
o Dealing with product returns appropriately
• Ensure smooth running of warehouse
o Ordering supplies (Fastway, Australia Post, printer paper / ink)
o Daily checking mail
o Facilitating removal of damaged products
