MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Assistant & Customer Service

•        Sales Assistants
o        Daily order/shipping list management
o        Sales  Listing
o        Sales Reporting

•        Customer Service
o        Coordinate with other sales offices and Melbourne office
o        Receive customer calls
        Answer questions
        Organize pickup times / meet customers when they arrive
        Inform  seller of the sale,
        inform account manager of any cash received and invoices issued
•        Other jobs as request, under supervisor’s instruction
qualification:
  -    fluent both English and Chinese
  -         family with MS Office/Excel and general computer abilities.
  -     Demonstrated skills in customer service
  -    Ability to work autonomously
  -    Result oriented
