End of the Year is the US end of the FY. The mutual funds will for sure do cosmetics for their annual performance. Don't forget only the poors are suffering weak housing at the moment, the riches still have a lot of money at the sideline. Whatever bad comes up, the riches will hope that's the last bit and the situation can't be worsen.
