没事，偷税逃税的多了去了。。。
这和逃票的一样，最多查到了罚款。
Are you aware there are great differences between tax avoidance and tax evasion.
The latter one is criminal offense, criminal law will apply, and the offender can be jailed and recorded as a criminal offender. On the other hand, tax avoidance only breaches civil law, the penalty is only fine.
For a tax person conducting a taxable activity (by the virtue of needing provide your ABN) and not paying the applicable tax, this constitutes a tax evasion, a jail term can be served as a result.
So don't be naive and provide others a wrong advice. the consequence of this can be severe enough to ruin someone's life. |
