分分感谢：RRV 网上申请需要填现在持有的RRV或者PR visa 的grant number，13位的，为什么输进去说数字不对？

5年住满2年了，网上申请rrv，表格第一页的地方有一个问题

If you have an Australian Resident visa grant number, please enter the visa grant number  
Grant number  （13位）

问题是我的最近的rrv右上角的visa number是11位的，  左下角有13位，但是输进去也是不对的。怎么办？只能亲自跑一趟移民局？

可以不填的。

想填的话可以通过VEVO网上拿到，或者以前移民局的信件上也可以查到。https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/visas/help.do?action=help_965

This is the unique number assigned to your visa. Enter the 13 digit visa grant number of your most recent permanent visa.

This field is not mandatory however the provision of a visa grant number greatly enhances the Department's ability to determine your eligibility for a Resident Return Visa.

Your visa grant number would have been included in any correspondence you would have received from the department regarding the approval and grant of a visa. This may be the visa you were issued with when you first entered Australia as a permanent resident (migrant), or it may be any subsequent visas including a Resident Return visa. The visa may still be valid, or it may be expired.

If you cannot locate your approval letter, the visa grant number can also be obtained by using the departments Visa entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) system or by contacting the department on 131 881 from within Australia.

不填是正解。在移民局机器上申请的时候工作人员说的。
