Ok, so you want some advice in English perhaps, now here it is.
When you have issue purely on work, you discuss with your manager. It's never easy speaking of your boss' fault, because basically the boss is always right. That No.1 in the professional world. Period.
But that doesn't mean you can't express your opinion. You would try to communicate privately first, and in particular, that's true for your case, because you aren't even sure about yourself in terms of discussing that in English. Think about that, it might be possible (I'm only saying might be) that your comments have been taken in a different way (by her).
Be strong. If you want to keep it purely a working issue, then be frank and be tactic, try to start a soft talk and let her know, you were only concerned about you couldn't do your job and you believe your colleagues were feeling the same, or, if evidence supports, they've told you they felt the same, therefore you were nervous about the situation and nervous about the team. You were trying to discuss about the business, it's business, not personal.
Now, if you don't believe so, i.e. you felt she's gone out of the way, and being personal, again, be strong :) Man Man .. any difficulty you are just gonna have to take it forehead. If you can't take losing, you would never win. Just think about it, do your homework, figure out what she has done wrong. You have to convince yourself in order to convince HR. This sort of issue goes to her manager or can go to HR directly if you want to. So you decide that. You might be better to have something in written for HR, and I'd suggest that too, if you're not entirely confident about your speaking. To do that writing, again, calm down, just think it through, be very - very - very specific on the point that you think she's conducted inappropriately in the workplace. Google AWB (appropriate workplace behavior), Google bully, they're all defined in there. If you aren't smart (that you feel), then you can't be lazy :) Nothing substitutes hard work.
Go for it. Don't lose. |
