请教几个问题:CFD,Short Selling

这两个东东国内股市没有,老革命碰到新问题, 向各位讨教一下:

问题一. CFD是否类似与期货操作,就是可以用Initial Margin(Contract Value的十分之一)进行买入股票或者没空股票的操作啊?
问题二. 是否买空和卖空都可以啊?
问题三. ASX和OTC CFD有什么不同啊?
问题四. Short Selling是不是卖空啊?
问题五. Day Short Selling就是要当天买回;Term Short Selling是在11个月内买回;

实在是菜鸟问题,请大家解答. 谢谢.

1。 CFD就是赌博。和你说得有点像。但是可以输得超过你的initial margin。风险更大。

3。ASX有CFD吗？我不知道。OTC就是over the counter吧？好像也没有。CFD必须通过CFD交易公司做。
4。对。
5。CFD short selling股票好像没有时间限制。多久都可以。除非是CFD期权。

是的。short selling可以通过股票交易broker做。通常要特别申请。commsec，etrade等等都有这项交易服务。short-selling要付利息的。

我开的就是commsec,不能在线short selling吗? 要通过broker吗?
通过broker就是电话经纪人来操作吗? 难道每个人要有指定的broker吗? 不解,多谢指点.

澳洲通常都是直接网上交易，如果系统有问题或是其他情况也可以打电话交易。IG Market不多收钱，但是commsec就要收多点。每个公司都不一样。
