几个经典的面试问题，一直以为自己有很好的答案，今天自己回忆了自己答案，发现原来很不满意。

大家有什么高见， 加分感谢啊。

1）举例说明一个项目中你碰到的最难对付的客户，你怎么解决问题了。

想了想自己干的项目没有特别变态的客户，都还好啊。想说有些客户需求不清，老变来变去，弄的很难。仔细想想这个答案也不很出彩。


2）说说你自己的优点也缺点。 尤其缺点部分。

这个按照东方传统思维，应该明贬实褒的，可是这个弄起来很难。有几个答案，都觉得不好。

一个说自己干活太认真，变通不太好？

一个是大实话，说沟通和文化底蕴的认知上差点，这个非常不建议说。

For example, if u were a graduate,

You would say: "My weakness is that I haven't got much work experience, but I am willing to learn new skills and contribute to the success of the company"

If you were a senior, that's a bit complicated. But your employer must after very specific skills, but you might not offer the complete package, in most cases it won't be a perfect match. So you could say " My weakness is that I didn't have this specific skill, but ..."


my two cents. But generally, this kind of behavior question is never a killer for me, anyway. More importantly is your skills and who you compete with.

如果跳出技术的圈子，单纯从行为的角度来看呢？

回答这些问题当然答案很多了，应该也是不分好坏的。但是就感觉到不出彩。
