143父母单独一方移民后，申请配偶移民时关于资金收入的难点

大家有没有考虑过，143父母单独一方移民后，申请配偶移民的难点。

我最近在研究这个。

移民局规定作为SPONSOR，需要担保你的PARTNER移民澳洲后2年内的生活资金。所以在配偶移民的DOCUMENT LIST里需要准备SPONSOR的资金来源材料，需要提供的材料如下：
Photocopies of one of the following documents to show your sponsor’s employment during the last two years:
• Australian income and/or overseas tax assessment notice
• a letter from their employer confirming length of employment and annual salary
• payslips
• if your sponsor is self-employed or self-funded from other sources, business documents or a letter from your sponsor’s accountant.

由于父母在澳洲是没有工作，怎样提供资金来源证明阿。大家觉得这个问题怎么办好？

overseas 的一个月几千块的退休工资，怎样使移民局相信你有这个能力担保另外一个人呢

overseas tax assessment notice -  我觉得这项，对于没钱付两人移民费的父母来说，不见得是很容易。

移民局有没有啥EMAIL联系方式阿。现在的CONTACT里就写了电话号码。永远都是忙线阿

等了半个小时，移民局的电话打通了。讲了一堆废话，最后还是没有个准确的说法。我问可以不可以光提供银行资金证明，移民局回答，你的签证官如果觉得银行资金证明不够，会和你联系。反正一切都是由签证官决定。我又问了 how much income or deposit will be counted as sufficient? 回答是 他们没有个确定的数目。由你的签证官决定。

这个一定要是sponsor本人的收入吗？难道不能做AOS那样的，找自己担保吗？

配偶只有配偶提供资金担保吧

国内退休工资是要在ATO上税的吧。。。。。。。。

那只好从现在开始申报税收了，我还以为国内证明就行了，那么存款可以吗？

不明白为什么要资金担保？子女提供资金可以吗？或者象楼上说的，子女和自己一起担保呢？

那就要想好申报税收的多少了。是按真实退休工资申报吗？那样的话能满足对PARTNER的资金担保吗？

如果多过真实工资申报，那未来多少年里每年要向ATO贡献多少额外的银子？

我也想知道存款行不行。移民局给的答复没有用。说取决于签证官

配偶移民现在不需要经济担保了，移民局从2012年1月改的政策。Removal of the discretionary Assurance of Support requirement from Partner visas

From 1 January 2012, the discretionary Assurance of Support (AoS) requirement will be removed from Partner visas. This change means that an AoS will not be required for Partner visa applications made on or after 1 January 2012. The change also applies to Partner visa applications made but not finally determined by 1 January 2012.

This change affects the following visa subclasses:

Partner temporary visa (subclass 309)
Partner permanent visa  (subclass 100)
Partner temporary visa  (subclass 820)
Partner permanent visa (subclass 801)
Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300).
Any AoS that commenced prior to 1 January 2012 will still be enforced by the Department of Human Services.

那个AOS虽说不需要了。但是在现有的移民局网站上下载的40SP表格（40SP表格是需要递交的主要表格）里，明显有提到“You will also need to demonstrate that you will be able to meet your sponsorship obligations as undertaken by you when you complete and sign this form (see ‘Your sponsorship undertaking’ below). The information requested on this form, including documents relating to your employment and income, will assist the decision-maker in deciding whether you are able to meet these obligations.

还有现在的CHECKLIST里也有提到

• Australian income and/or overseas tax assessment notice
• a letter from their employer confirming length of employment and annual salary

To help determine whether or not you can meet these criteria, you must complete form 40SP
Sponsorship for a partner to migrate to Australia, which includes providing evidence of your employment
and financial status and giving a sponsorship undertaking

You must be sponsored by an eligible sponsor. An eligible sponsor is an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or an eligible New Zealand citizen, who undertakes sponsorship obligations. Usually, the sponsor is your partner.

移民局网站上下来的，说的是USUALLY是PARNTER啊没有一定要PARTNER，子女不就行了吗

我觉得完全不用担心，我见过那种领救济的人都能sponsor partner。其实你只要是真实的，给看saving就好了啊。
