As a Software Developer you will be offered the opportunity to work on a market leading product and learn a broad mix of technologies including:
• .Net Development (VB .Net, ASP .Net, C#)
• SQL (SQL Server and Oracle)
• Stored procedures
• CSS
• Active Directory
• LDAP
• SMS and other Network Discovery tools, MOM etc.
• HTML
• Jscript
• Web Services
As part of the exceptional Infra Software Development team, you will need to be a fast learner, versatile developer and be ready to adapt to often rapid changes to the project brief. Working across multiple areas of technology and environments, each project offers a unique challenge to constantly test your ability to perform to the highest level. Underpinning your success at Infra will be your ability to clearly and effectively communicate across the project team and at all management levels.
Successful candidates will be motivated high achievers with a recent IT degree (probably within three years) preferably with a high distinction average or above. They will be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills as well as an ability to rapidly learn new tools and technologies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Development of Infra’s flagship product and related client solutions
• Clear communication with Project Managers on technical or timeframe issues
• Giving feedback on technical requirements and specifications
• Determining project feasibility
• Providing estimates of project workloads
• Demonstrable understanding of project time constraints
• Close liaison with Customer Support and QA / Testing
Key Requirements
• Recent IT degree with high distinction average or above
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose bugs/problems rapidly and accurately
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
• Understanding of the importance of testing and product quality
• Excellent communications skills
