两层楼的townhouse，10年新左右，去看过房子了，室内屋主保养得很好。缺点是有owners Corporation, 每季度大概200多，我问agent要floor plan, 他们说没有，所以几个房间大小我不知道，目测楼上3个房间，一个不到10平方，一个在10平方左右，主人房肯定超过10平方，还带ensuite和一个小阳台。
谁能给点建议这个房子出多少价合理？另外中介发给我的contract of sale中间有这么一段话，是不是说这个房子有easements?
