Has anyone interviewed with 3M before in its logistics division or any other division? Just want ot get a feel how the work environment, culture and career development opportunities are like. And some interview tips as well if possible. Thanks

当年在3M卖胶带的时候家里面用的都是最高级的贴玻璃幕墙用的double coated tape。。。。

One only failure mode for a double-sided tape from 3M(VHB) is snapping out in the middle, I did both pull-out and shearing test for the same results, which means, neither sticky side damages.

But you will have to prime the surfaces for certain material in the first place...

All that we know is that we know nothing.
