We currently have two vacancies in the newly created Business Support Area,
If you or anyone you know would like to join this fast paced, expanding team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

Proven 3 years plus customer service experience
Team player
Self motivated and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Positive thinker
High attention to detail
Ability to provide resolutions and make decisions
In return there will be on-going training to help you service our premium customers and career progression is a real possibility. Also, there is the option to work four days per week from 8am to 6.30pm and enjoy an extra day off during the week or work a rotating roster between 8am and 6.30pm five days per week.

There is also one Inbound Account Manager role in the Call Centre available.

The requirements for this role are:

Great communication skills
Have the ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
Have competent keyboard skills
Have previous call centre experience – Telco exposure would be even better
Once again on-going training will be provided in this exciting and supportive team and there is the option to work four days per week from 8am to 6.30pm and enjoy an extra day off during the week or work the traditional 9am to 5.30pm five days per week.
