提前交了保费，还能换保险吗？

Medibank smart plus的保费（每月约250）已经交到了明年年底。但是想明年年中的时候降级到低一些的family plan，不知道可不可行？如果Bupa更合适的话，还能换公司吗？

比较关心的是，每年2次的洗牙新plan是不是肯定没有了？记得Medibank和Bupa好像现在都是70%？

这个我问过，可以换plan，但是不能退钱，只能转成credit，比如说你买到明年7月的，换了一个便宜点的，就保到明年10月了。
其他问题不清楚。

前一个问题如楼上，不可以退钱只可以变成credit.

免费洗牙取消了，现在是按你购买的保险等级退还，而且有限额。

换bupa的话，多付的credit应该会退一张支票给你

medibank如果降到低的那一档，好像就不能免费包括小孩了

if you change your plan, you will
* lose package bonus, probably $200 per year if you are on family plan now.
* lose 2 free dental checkup, scale and clean.
if you move to Top extra, you still have 1 free dental checkup, scale and clean at members choice dentist.
if you move to Basic Extra, you have no free, but normally 70% rebate at members choice dentist.

可以问一下，基本hospital（年龄/税收用途的level）和top extra每月多少钱？
Medibank也有入Bupa一样，会员时间久了就benefit多的事情么？
