关于Revenue，Profit，Income，Proceeds的区别

Revenue / turnover:

The total income a company received.

It refers to cash inflow in the business due to normal business activities.



Profit / (Net) Income:

= Revenue - Cost

The excess of total revenue over total cost during a specific period of time.

It refers to profit generated through business.



Proceeds:

The amount of money you received from selling something.
