求问配偶移民直接PR的条件

老公办我移民，我在国内。我们结婚快3年了，在国内共同生活2年左右，还没小孩。目前不知道是到了3年之后申请还是现在立刻申请，因为想如果能直接PR最好的，可是长久配偶关系的条件到底是怎么解释？是结婚3年就可以了，还是结婚并且住在一起3年，还是什么呢？

三年以上婚姻关系，并一起居住三年以上，我刚刚办的，直接拿pr。
如果你无法忍受长达8个月的审理期，建议还是越快办理越好。

现在立刻申请，不管你们在一起多久，都是申请后tr先，大概两年左右，然后才可以拿到pr

In most cases, permanent residence cannot be granted less than 2 years from when you lodge your
application. You may, however, be granted a permanent visa without having to fulfi l the usual two-year
waiting period if:
• at the time you apply, you have been in a partner relationship with your partner for
3 years or more, or 2 years or more if you and your partner have a dependent child of your
relationship; or
• your partner was granted a Protection visa or a permanent visa under the humanitarian program
and you were in the relationship before the visa was granted and this had been declared to the
department at the time.
