如何向Fair Trading 投诉?

准备向Faire Trading 投诉eBay - eBay要我找第三方出具证明,我找了Tendy,Disksmish,Harvey Norman等卖PDA的店,店员都知道两者不同型号的PDA的区别,但经理都不同意出证明,我也不知道哪里有卖PDA的商店了!!!(EBAY要求第3方具备如下条件:1)买PDA,或者 2)经营PDA业务(包括维修等).3)有公司信纸,4)证明人留电话/联系地址等.)没有人愿意干 - 出钱也不行. 找过家华人电脑公司,可是对方没有公司标志的信纸........

请问如何投诉??步骤如何? 谢谢!!!

你在哪个省？
每个省都有department of fair trading。一般是要书面的投诉才算是正式投诉的。可以先打个电话咨询一下。好像要交一点手续费，非常便宜的。

澳洲这里赖子很多的，生存本领之一------学会“恐吓”

easy 一点了，气急都不解决问题。

要不你也学那个大虾，直接找paybal, 交点手续费，钱收到后，你也不把货退回去，算是一点小补偿

现在已经变成是我跟EBAY之间的"交易"了,已经跟卖主无关 - 卖主已经被封!!
EBAY跟我说要在3月14日之前准备好所有资料(这些资料只能传真,不能发EMAIL),否则将取消补偿.问题是没有人愿意出这证明!!!而14日也快到了!
靠,说到霸道,EBAY才真是霸道,很明显的事情,它一定要按照它的规定去做!!!!!!!

Ebay是很黑，有些时候他们的做法就是好像协助诈骗一样。怒
现在不是用paypal的，一概无视。

不一定，但是应该不会弄得你这么无名火起，过几天我写一篇关于ebay和paypal的文章贴上来，只是这件事上帮不上忙。

还有个PAYPAL信用卡的问题请交:我只有美国运通卡(American Express),发信问了PAYPAL问什么我不能用这卡转钱,给我的复信如下:

Dear xxxxxxx,

Hello my name is Jxxxxxx, I will be happy to assist you with your
question regarding if you are able to add your American Express card to
your Australian PayPal Account.

I understand that you would like to register your Amex card in your PayPal
account. I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
Unfortunately, Amex card cannot be registered or used in PayPal Australia.
All American Express cards are processed in USD, causing currency
conversion fees for our members outside the US. Another reason why is
because PayPal has localised the Australian site, PayPal believes it is in
your best interest to add a Visa or MasterCard to avoid the fees for adding
and using an American Express card. Please understand that we constantly
improving our service. There are some features or services that may not be
available in Australia but we are looking other alternatives or options to
satisfy our customers needs.
If you already registered an Amex Card before PayPal Australia had been
localised, you may use the card up until the expiration date of the card.
Once the card expired, you would not be able to use it or update it. The
only way is to add a Visa or MasterCard.

Please follow these steps to add a credit card or debit card to your PayPal
account:

   1.  Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.

   2.  Click "Profile."

   3.  Click the "Credit Cards" link in the Financial Information column.

   4.  If you already have a credit card registered, click "Add."

   5.  On the "Add Credit Card or Debit Card" page, enter the required card
information.

   6.  Click "Add Card."

Repeat this process for all additional cards.

If you need to update the expiration date for a credit or debit card that
is already added to your PayPal account, follow these steps:

   1.  Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.

   2.  Click "Profile."

   3.  Click the "Credit Cards" link in the Financial Information column.

   4.  Choose the card by clicking the radio button and click "Edit."

   5.  Enter the information required information and click "Save."

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and
wish you continued success on PayPal.

英语太差,请问是什么意思? - 是否按照他的说明设置就可以使用? -有没有其他费用(因为他说这卡是以美元结算的,可我的卡明明是在澳洲办的,在超市买东西都可以使用)

大意就是你不能在澳洲paypal注册使用这张卡，因为这张卡是用美元结算的，除非你在成立paypal australia之前就登记了这张卡。下面的说明仅适用于澳洲的credit card.

奇怪,,可我的卡明明是在澳洲办的,也是以澳元结算的,在超市买东西都可以使用

这我就不清楚了，你可以试一下 Paypal 的澳洲人工客服电话: 1800 073 263，跟他们理论一下，不过这个讲英文，不知道能不能用免费的翻译电话，而且要进行身份论证，所以可能不能找人代讲。

我也想投诉某华人快递公司呢，暂时先不公布他们的名字了。
寄的东西出问题，退到他们公司去开箱检查时，刀子又把里面包裹划伤了。
不知道Fair Trading的投诉 是否对这些快递公司有用哦？
