When did you run the invoice aging report? Soon after the month closed before the new month opened? I am just wondering if this report is a "live" report, which would update any transactions up to the time you run the report.

Just for discussion!

that might be the case,

but I still need know which report can allow me to get the aging report by selecting the period. (AR aging is pretty easy one, but AP is pain xxxx) I miss MYOB which is much easier lol

Oracle standard report may not be able to provide the one you want which is correct aging with the right balance tie to the GL balance. To my memory, my company has a few customised AP aging report that are better. Not sure if ur company has the same. If not, you just have to run the report at the right time.

Just for opinion! I am not in AP area, but once a while I still have to use it for some analysis!
