The price for the selling board outside of your house. Period of listing under their estate agent, such as one month. If they did not preform a good job or did not get a good price for you, you could change to the other estate agent after a month. Also, need to check through all words on contract and other small print words. Anything you disagreed with them, ask them to cross out and initial.
My personal experience, advertised on local newspapers or magazine or estate agent brochure that were unnecessarily. They were expensive but did not bring me benefits. Nowaday, internet played a huge role. None of my friends or myself bought house from seeing advertisement from newspapers, magazine or estate agent brochure. We all went through internet to choose, then followed by open inspection.
You also might have to pay photograph fees. If photos were taken by estate agent's own digital camera, it should be free.
Whether you could sell a good price, it depended on photos shown on internet, the open inspection time (not in the early morning before 12am), internal display of your house. |
