有些问题是not applicable， 我是填写N/A 还是空着不填？ 多谢

表上面说明写到：

If you provide incorrect information or documents, this may affect whether or not you are granted a visa, or whether or not your visa is subsequently cancelled. Read the notes on each question. If a question is not applicable write ‘N/A’. Any changes or corrections you make must be initialled and dated by each person who signs the form. If you use the page provided in the form (Part L Additional information) or any other sheets of paper for additional information, each sheet must also be signed and dated by all persons who sign the form.

Q13 & 39: Name in your own language or script  
Q14 & 40: Name in Chinese Commercial Code Numbers
Q32 & 52: Other languages you read, understand, speak and write fluently
以上问题我都可以填写 N/A吗？

Part G- Children under 18 years of age
Part H- Dependent children aged 18 years or over
Part I – Parental (custody) requirements (children under 18 years of age)
Part L – Additional information
以上PART 我都可以忽略/不填吗？还是必须写N/A？

Q62 In which countries have you and/or any family members included in this application spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more during the last 10 years?
父母就住在中国超过了12个月，可是让填写住的时间是从哪年的几月到哪年的几月，那么，从哪年的几月这个是随便填吗？到哪年的几月是填2012年6月？

Q13 & 39: Name in your own language or script  手写中文名字。
Q32 & 52: Other languages you read, understand, speak and write fluently，写chinese
