Do you usually receive PAYG Payment Summary for wages from your employer?
If you had, you might write a letter to ATO and mentioned the date you left the company. Estimated your weekly gross wages for the working period with the company. For last two weeks, the employer refused to pay you without any reason. Therefore, if any income reported by this employer much more than these ??? amount should not be yours.
The reason doing that is to raise ATO attention on this company. They might audit this company's account. |
